This is a one time fee to install the ReCaptcha Spam Protection. When you have an online contact form the web bots and hackers love to submit all sorts of stuff on them. The ReCaptcha system takes about 95% of that away. Once installed the updates required are done during our monthly Maintenance and Updates session.
